Zongshen Z140 Gearbox Kit - New Type
 
New style gearbox for needle roller bearing.
 
Input Shaft Bearing Fitting:
Clutch Side = 17mm
L/H Casing side = 12mm 
Output Shaft Bearing Fitting:
Sprocket side = 17mm
Kickstart Gear Side 15mm
 
STANDARD RATIO (INPUT/OUTPUT):
1ST = 11/36 = 3.27
2ND = 16/31 = 1.93
3RD = 17/23 = 1.35
4TH = 20/21 = 1.05
 
Please note:
This is the new type as the old type is now discontinued. If you are wanting to convert an old engine to the new parts then you will require a lot of new parts.
