DELIVERY & RETURNS
Orders placed before 2pm will be delivered next day for items under 2kg larger items will sent 2 - 3 day currier unless stated.
We will always attempt to supply next day delivery but this cannot be guaranteed if order is placed after 2pm.
Saturday delivery is available at extra cost, please contact us for details.
Free standard delivery on all orders in UK mainland & Northern Ireland only (excluding tyres).
Orders placed over weekends will be handled on a Monday for Tuesday delivery.
Due to COVID 19 delivery times may be affected from time to time, please allow extra time during this pandemic.
Items Under 2kg will be dispatched Royal Mail 24 service. This is not a live tracked service and is only scanned upon delivery which then activates the barcode registered showing the item has been delivered.
Large Items, Items over 2kg & Items over £100 will be posted via currier service which may take up to 2 - 3 working days for delivery. This is a tracked service and depending on item value will require a signature.
If customer requires any special delivery then customer must contact for a quote.
Items shown as delivered & signed for delivery wavers any responsibility of misplacement or theft once recorded as delivered, the item security is the sole responsibility of the recipient, it is the buyers responsibility to contact the currier if any of the above was to occur.
Returned goods must be in the same condition as sent and in original packaging ready for re-sale.
All returned goods must be sent back within 30 working days of receipt, any returns outside of this time frame may be rejected.
Responsibility on non delivery of returned items rests with the sender.
Any damaged goods must be reported immediately by phone within 24 hours of receipt of delivery.
A 15% restocking fee may be charged on all returned goods that were supplied correctly but are no longer required or returned with damaged packaging.
No credit will be issued for returned goods sold under special terms- End of line, Discounted, Promotion or Special order items.
Any goods sent incorrectly by PARKER RACING will be re-sent with no carriage cost payable by the dealer involved once accepted by PARKER RACING.
Any claims for Warranty must be made by phone to the sales office or email, prior to returning the goods. PARKER RACING will cover carriage costs for items accepted as warranty but reserve the right to replace or repair any goods rather than issue a credit note where applicable. Any items not accepted as warranty will be returned to the dealer if requested and no carriage costs will be accepted by PARKER RACING.
