Daytona Timing Chain Tensioner Manual Upgrade
 
This manual tensioner enables the customer to precisely set the desired tension for their timing chain. In contrast, automatic tensioners can occasionally exert excessive pressure, leading to increased chain guide wear and higher resistance, which may contribute to reduced power output.
 
Fits Engines:
All pit bike engines with this shape tensioner.
 
Please NOTE:
The chain should be installed with the correct tension. If it is too loose, the timing chain may slip and cause engine damage. Excessive tension can lead to excessive wear on the chain and guides.
