Daytona Gearbox Kit Close Ratio Upgrade GP5 - 5 Speed
 
Close Ratio gearbox kit designed by Daytona to give more aggressive use of power for 2nd, 3rd & 4th gear making these gears feel more aggressive in the rev range. Not only have they improved the ratios they have also improved the dog designs for gear engagement.
 
This gearbox kit comes as standard in 190GP5 Engine. 
 
Input Shaft Bearing Fitting:
Clutch Side = 17mm
L/H Casing side = 12mm 
Output Shaft Bearing Fitting:
Sprocket side = 17mm
Kickstart Gear Side 16mm
 
STANDARD RATIO (INPUT/OUTPUT):
1ST = 14/34 = 2.42
2ND = 24/22 = 0.91
3RD = 18/24 = 1.33
4TH = 22/24 = 1.09
5TH = 15/26 = 1.73
 
 
CLOSE RATIO (INPUT/OUTPUT):
1ST = 14/34 = 2.42
2ND = 23/24 = 1.04
3RD = 19/27 = 1.42
4TH = 21/25 = 1.19
5TH = 15/26 = 1.73
