Daytona Gearbox Kit Close Ratio Upgrade - 4 Speed
 
Close Ratio gearbox kit designed by Daytona to give more controlable use of power for 1st, 2nd & 3rd gear making these gears longer in the rev range. Not only have they improved the ratios they have also improved the dog designs for 3rd gear engagement.
 
Input Shaft Bearing Fitting:
Clutch Side = 17mm
L/H Casing side = 12mm 
Output Shaft Bearing Fitting:
Sprocket side = 17mm
Kickstart Gear Side 15mm
 
STANDARD RATIO (INPUT/OUTPUT):
1ST = 13/34 = 2.61
2ND = 15/26 = 1.73
3RD = 20/26 = 1.30
4TH = 23/24= 1.04
 
 
CLOSE RATIO (INPUT/OUTPUT):
1ST = 15/32 = 2.13
2ND = 19/28 = 1.47
3RD = 21/25 = 1.19
4TH = 23/24= 1.04
