Guide On Rider Weight:
Option 1 - 80nm =  8-11 Stone Rider Weight
Option 2 - 85nm = 11-12 Stone Rider Weight
Option 3 - 90nm = 12-13 Stone Rider Weight
Option 4 - 95nm = 13-14 Stone Rider Weight
Option 5 - 100nm = 14-15 Stone Rider Weight
Option 6 - 105nm = 15-16 Stone Rider Weight
 
PLEASE NOTE: 
YOUR SHOCK ABSORBER WILL NEED REVALVING TO SUIT THESE SPRINGS AS ONCE FITTED STANDARD ADJUSTMENTS WILL BE MINIMAL OR NONE EXISTANT.
